Love those Appy League Prospect moving forward: Buxton; Berrios; Kepler; Duffy; Chargois; Jiminez; Walker; Hicks; Burris; Goodrum; Harrison; Polanco; Boyd; Cedar Rapids should be fun in 2013.

What chances Vasquez makes big club, I've really liked his slider, I think he is good enough to be a candidate for ST, and at worst a good hard righty in pen

Long shot. Had some success out of the 'pen for the Dbacks and was OK when the Twins moved him to the rotation in the minors. But he's no longer on the 40-man and had 19 BB and 14 K in the majors after call-up.

Is Hicks now the frontrunner for CF over Mastroianni?

A few games in Spring Training shouldn't change things too much but he's definitely making it more a realistic opportunity. Two months in Triple-A won't hurt, though.

Hicks is now being projected by most to win the job.
