Against lefties do you think that Bourjos would sit, having Trout play center and the Angels playing Wells in left?

Not right away. I think they'll want to see what Bourjos can do playing regularly. Wells will need AB's so I can see that occasionally and more often if Bourjos doesn't hit.

Hi - are you confusing Matt Young with Matt Long - they are both in the Angels organization - I am not aware Matt Young (added 2013) plays 2B - Matt Long (AAA) plays 2B/OF....

Both in the organization, only Young in big league camp. He does play 2B and the OF. http://www.baseball-reference.com/minors/player.cgi?id=young-001mat

Wells goes to the yanks, and Angels get nada. Except a lessening of payrole, and nausea once Hamilton gets injured and a weal lineup, with Ianetta, Callaspo, Bourjos and Aybar adds Calhoun. Stinkiest 150 million dollar team, in recent memory.

Why is it, every time the angels do one of these deals, dumping Hunter or santana, we constantly get worse. We give santana away....then to fill his spot, we have to trade Morales for Vargas....Morales a switch hitter who slugs near .500 vs both rightys and leftys. No way we wouldn't be better, keeping Morales and Santana.

Time for a new GM. No more lateral moves, with us getting worse at every move. Rule #1 Just because you are better on paper, after spending 100 million dollars, doesn't guarantee it was a good move. Rule #2...when you get rid of someone that can still play...make sure you get something in return. Wells had the highest batting average, slugging percentage and most home runs of any of the angel outfielders.
