*MLBDepthCharts.com considers any player not on a team's 40-man roster, in AAA, or ranked as a top 10 prospect by Baseball America or top 11 prospect by Baseball Prospectus before the 2012 season as an 'under the radar' player.

Under the Radar Minor League NL Hitting Performance of the Week

OF Ender Inciarte, Lo-A Lakewood (PHI)

season stats: .333 BA, 0 HR, 5 RBI, 7 2B, 2 3B, 11 BB, 9 K, 3 SB in 17 games
April 18-April 24: 14-for-23, 13 R, 2 RBI, 7 2B, 6 BB, SB

The 21 year-old center fielder was hitting just .175 (7-for-40) a week ago but has 14 hits in his last seven games, highlighted by a perfect 4-4 game with three doubles and three runs on April 19th against Beloit. Most encouraging after he slugged only .333 at the same level in 2011, Inciarte had eight extra base hits over that span.

Buried deep within the outfield depth chart of the Diamondbacks, Inciarte brings good speed, above-average defense and plus plate discipline to the table. The 5'11", 160 lb Venezuelan can follow the lead of fellow organization mate and UTR alum Adam Eaton and play above his tools to help advance past the Midwest League and into the upper minors with a year or two.

Honorable Mentions
3B Matt Skole, Lo-A Hagerstown (WAS): .375 BA, 4 HR, 24 RBI, 5 2B, 13 BB, 16 K in 16 games; 8-for-13, 3 HR, 8 RBI, 2 2B in last week.
3B Kyle Kubitza, Lo-A Rome (ATL): .302 BA, 4 HR, 13 RBI, 5 2B, 3 3B, 7 BB, 20 K, 3 SB in 16 games; 8-for-20, HR, 4 RBI, 4 2B in last week.
