by Clint ChisamOur newest Fantasy Baseball feature here at MLBDepthCharts.com is the regular season 'Fantasy Forecast', which is a subscription package that includes every piece of statistical data geared towards Fantasy Baseball that you can think of. The time and effort it takes for you to stay on top of things and be competitive in your fantasy league can be reduced drastically. We gather the important information and put it into one Excel Spreadsheet. The 'Forecast' includes information that you can't find elsewhere, like the '2012 Efficiency Ratings' & 'Inside the Bullpen', which projects when a reliever might or might not pitch and when a setup man could earn a 'Vulture Save'.
We will be offering both a Daily and/or Weekly subscription to 'Fantasy Forecast'. If you choose the Daily Subscription, you will receive the Spreadsheet via email each morning of the 2012 Season. If you choose the Weekly Subscription, you will receive the Spreadsheet via email every Friday morning. For those of you who are in both a daily and weekly league, we offer a package for both at a discounted rate.

Here is what's included in the Daily Subscription:
Daily Schedule Lists every game of the day, including start times and probable pitchers. Daily Start Rankings Details every start of the day & ranks them in order from best to worst.
Daily Batter vs Pitcher Stats Lists each starting pitcher vs the opposing team's hitters and their career stats against each other.
Daily Batter vs Pitcher Grid EXCLUSIVE Details each individual player and their stat history vs the projected opposing pitcher for that day. Find that one Game Spot Start Batter to fill in for a starter on your team who has an off day.
2012 Efficiency Ratings EXCLUSIVE Compares each player evenly by calculating their stats from 2012 to the same amount of plate appearances or batters faced. The Efficiency Ratings will help you keep track of who is carrying the most value throughout the season and is a big help when evaluating trade offers or players you want to trade for. Updated every Friday.
Lineup Tracker Lists each team's Starting Lineups from the previous day. Pick up on trends and players that have recently gained more playing time with this handy feature.
Position Eligibility Grid Tracks every player's games played by position in 2012. Details when a player has become eligible at a new position as the season progresses.
Rotation Report Tracks each team's starting rotation, detailing each pitchers' role, their 2012 Stats, their last start & their upcoming start.
Inside The Pen EXCLUSIVE Tracks each team's Bullpen. Includes Roles, Stats, Days Pitched. Also includes when a pitcher is not projected to pitch & when a setup man could get a 'Vulture Save' due to the closer pitching too many consecutive days.
Lines of The Night Lists the Top 3 Box Score Lines of the day from each league. Includes Top 3 Hitters, Top 3 Starting Pitchers & Top 3 Relievers from both the NL & AL.
Stat Tracker Lists all the Home Runs, Wins & Saves from the previous day.
League Leaders Lists the League Leaders in the 10 Main Fantasy Categories.
Most Added/Dropped Details the Most Added/Dropped Players in Fantasy for the Previous Week. Updated every Friday.

This looks like a great product. I play in a weekly league and our lineup locks on Monday-Sunday. Would this product be good for me? I'm really interested. Also is this for Roto or Head-2-Head? Thanks
The Weekly Subscription is mailed out every Friday Morning to give you the weekend to set your team. It also offers features that preview the future week as well to give you a leg up on add-drops if you play in a ultra competitive league. The Fantasy Forecast is designed for both Head to Head and Roto Scoring formats. Thanks!

Got my first 2 Daily Forecast sheets! These things are awesome! So much useful information that I would have never even thought of. Got 2 Stolen bases last night by using these spreadsheets with Cliff Pennington and Michael Saunders. Thanks so much guys this is definitely going to help me this season! Already in 1st Place!

The Fantasy Forecast is incredible! What a great creation by MLBDepthCharts. This is the exact type of service I have been looking for years and feel that this will give me an advantage on the rest of my league. I play in a daily league and haven't been as diligent as I should have in years' past just because of the time and effort it takes' to research everything to find those hidden gems or take advantage of the light days of Monday and Thursday. Last night for example I added Rafael Furcal and John Buck to get 2 more hitters in my lineup, ended up with 4 Hits, 2 RBI's and a SB. These add up at the end of the year and I'm glad I have the Fantasy Forecast to do the dirty work for me while I reap the rewards. Fantastic Value and I can't say enough. Thanks Men!
