As we continue to come up with new and innovative ideas to improve our product, I will be giving you updates right here on the site. There are two new features to the magazine, as of today. The first is a 'Transaction Tracker', which you're probably familiar with if you were part of the free trial during the regular season. I'll be keeping up with all the latest roster moves and adding a brief analysis for each. These will be included in the 'Roster Projection' editions of the magazine. The second addition is a simple formula that has been added to the spreadsheet team pages. It calculates salary total for projected lineup, bench, rotation, and bullpen, and then calculates the team's total projected payroll for the upcoming season. Salaries that have yet to be determined are highlighted in light green. For players who are arbitration eligible, I have entered the midpoint between the player's asking price and the team's offer. For pre-arbitration players, I have entered somewhere between the minimum salary ($480K) and $510K. These are estimates based on service time.
