What happens now with Longoria out does Felipe Lopez get plenty of playing time, or does Elliot Johnson keep playing?
It was Sean Rodriguez today. I'd imagine he gets a majority of time there with Zobrist playing 2B. At least vs RHP. Joyce or D. Johnson would sit against LHP, Zobrist would fill their spot, and Rodriguez and Lopez/E. Johnson play 2B/3B.
When Jennings is called up, where will Fuld be in the lineup?
P.S. any idea when This will happen? haha
If Fuld can keep this up, Joyce is in trouble once Jennings is ready. And he's off to a great start in AAA. I'm a fan of speed so I think it would be fun to have Fuld and Jennings in the same lineup. Potential for high OBP, lots of stolen bases at top of lineup in front of Longoria later in the season. And lots of ground covered in the OF with Fuld, Upton, Jennings.
I agree, should be a very entertaining and highly productive bunch.
So Fuld is an everyday starter now?
Looks that way. No one else is hitting and he doesn't look like he's slowing down. At least not yet.
Will Matt Moore be used this year?
Probably not unless one of their starters gets hurt. Probably want to limit his innings, too. I'd guess he has another 10 starts in him. If they are in the pennant race, however, he could be a huge weapon out of the 'pen with his upper 90's heat. My guess is that he could be a huge factor by mid-2012.
